Another pervert has been arrested for taking advantage of Target’s liberal transgender policy.

Police say Sean Patrick Smith, 43, of Idaho Falls was caught taking pictures of a partially nude woman in a changing room inside a Target.

Smith, who was dressed in feminine clothing, reached over a partition and began taking cellphone pictures of the woman who was not wearing underwear.

The woman chased Smith out of the dressing room while screaming for help.

Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Sgt. Bryan Lovell said, “The woman was begging for help as she chased the man out the door. She kept saying she wanted those pictures deleted.”

Officers caught Smith outside the store. He was arrested after police reviewed the store’s surveillance footage.

Smith, who “identifies” as Shauna Patricia Smith, is being held in the Bonneville County Jail on a felony charge of voyeurism.

This is the latest in a series of incidents at Target since the chain announced its controversial policy to pander to the transgenders and the Obama administration.

Brietbart.com contributor Andy Park, who was dressed as a man, tested the anti-woman policy by wearing a hidden camera.

A St. Petersburg store manager told him to go right in to the women’s restroom. He said if any woman complained, the manager would “speak to them” about it.

Zachary Bishop, of Raymond, New Hampshire, was charged with violation of privacy for allegedly filming underage girls in a New Hampshire store on June 22.

On June 21, Revere Police arrested a man who was watching women change in a Target dressing room.

On June 18, a man molested an 11-year-old girl in a Fairfax, VA. store.

Maya Dillard Smith

And Maya Dillard Smith resigned as director of Georgia’s ACLU chapter in June after cross-dressing males frightened her young daughters inside a Target restroom.

Smith said the three transsexuals were “all over 6 feet tall, with really deep voices, all obviously men.”

“My children were visibly frightened. I was very uncomfortable, and it engendered a lot of questions from my daughters for which I was ill-prepared to answer,” she said during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Kelly File.

More than 1.3 million Americans have signed a petition to boycott Target over its transgender restroom policy.

Target’s stock price has plummeted from $83.50 a share on April 19 to $73.57.
