Police in Bedford, New Hampshire, arrested a 22-year-old man who was caught filming girls inside a Target dressing room.
Zachary Bishop, of Raymond, New Hampshire, was charged with violation of privacy for allegedly filming underage girls in a New Hampshire store on June 22.
Bishop fled the store before police arrived but an arrest warrant was issued for him after loss prevention officers recognized him from surveillance footage.
Bishop turned himself in on the warrant Wednesday night.
He is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.
Critics argue that the transgender restroom policy gives easy access to predators and perverts to enter women’s restrooms and dressing rooms with no questions asked.
This incident is the latest in a series of incidents at Target stores across the country since the policy was announced.
On June 21, Revere Police arrested a man who was watching women change in a Target dressing room. On June 18, a man molested an 11-year-old girl in a Fairfax, VA. store.
And Maya Dillard Smith resigned as director of Georgia’s ACLU chapter in June after cross-dressing males frightened her young daughters inside a Target restroom.
Smith said the three transsexuals were “all over 6 feet tall, with really deep voices, all obviously men.”
“My children were visibly frightened. I was very uncomfortable, and it engendered a lot of questions from my daughters for which I was ill-prepared to answer,” she said during an appearance on Fox News Channel’s The Kelly File.
Target’s stock plunged after the chain announced its politically correct policy to appease the transgenders and the Obama administration.
A boycott Target petition garnered over 1 million signatures.
