Music producer Kanye West is using his considerable clout to help blacklisted, openly gay musician Frank Ocean get a Grammy nom.
Ocean, 28, torpedoed his once promising career when he came out as gay in an open letter on his website.
Ocean was encouraged to come out when gay marriage was legalized in America and the Gay Agenda promoted homosexuality as normal.
The problem was the majority of Ocean’s fans were heterosexual women who abandoned the singer in droves after his shocking announcement.
West, 39, recently campaigned for radio to play more of Ocean’s music.
“Me and Drake both listen to Frank. Radio has to support amazing artists,” West tweeted in August.
“The album I listen to the most this year is Frank Ocean’s album,” he said during a recent concert. “If his album is not nominated in no categories, I’m not coming to the Grammys. As artists we gotta come together.”
West nearly killed his own career when he stupidly took up for Beyonce by snatching Taylor Swift‘s mic at the 2009 Video Music Awards.
