VH1 is considering canceling the popular family-oriented reality TV show “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle“. The business relationship between Clifford “Tip” Harris, Jr. and VH1’s producers were strained for years.
The start of the 2016 season was delayed until Harris, 36, got what he wanted financially.
A source told theJasmineBrand.com:
“T.I. is a headache to deal with. As the show continues, he’s gotten more and more demanding. Don’t get me wrong, the network loves the show, but he’s a nightmare to work with and the production is sick of dealing with him.”
But even before the cameras stopped rolling, it was obvious things had changed in the Harris household.
Tameka “Tiny” Harris, 41, purchased a mansion overlooking a serene golf course in Henry County. It was there in Henry County that she filed divorce papers for legal and financial purposes in early December.
After 20 years, the Harris’s still love each other and they will continue to co-parent their children while the paperwork winds through the court system.
What’s laughable is people thinking Floyd Mayweather had anything to do with Tameka’s decision to file for a divorce. My readers know she considered this decision for months. she didn’t didn’t take the decision lightly.
But there was trouble in paradise long before T.I. and Tiny said “I do” 6 years ago. They both cheated (him more than her). They got married for all the right reasons (their children) and all the wrong reasons (T.I.’s wandering eye).
I’m told the divorce action is to separate her assets from his. But life will go on for them as usual. The couple’s small children will continue to live at the home of Tameka’s mom, Dianne Pope.
Over the years, the children saw more of the inside of Tameka’s mom’s house than they did their own. It was better that way because there are some things children should never see.
The decision for Tameka to buy her own home was an easy one. The children needed stability in their lives and now they have it.
