The radical leftwing news media hopped all over the news that President Trump asked embattled FBI Director James Comey to stay on in his position.
Trump haters seized upon this news as proof that Comey somehow managed to coerce 65 million Americans to vote for Trump.
Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton bitterly blamed Comey for sabotaging her chances to win the election by re-opening the investigation into her illegal email server.
But in reality, Trump was comfortably ahead of Clinton in the key swing states. The major cable networks all relied on fake polls that were biased and skewed toward Clinton.
Trump’s election win came as a shock to half the country who believed the news media’s fake polls.
Trump bashed Comey during the campaign for not recommending criminal charges against Clinton, who used her private email server to solicit “donations” from foreign governments in exchange for political favors.
After winning the election, Trump said he wasn’t sure if he would keep Comey on as FBI director. It is possible that he is keeping Comey on board until he finds a replacement.
