Former stripper Amber Rose is being sued for slander by the owners of Ace of Diamonds strip club in Los Angeles.
According to gossip tabloid TMZ, Rose bragged to an audience at the All Def Movie Awards Wednesday night that she was the new owner of Ace of Diamonds strip club.
The crowd cheered wildly at the prospect of a stripper owning the club where she formally worked the pole.
Numerous bloggers repeated the lie that Amber bought the strip club. Nevermind that — broke as she is — Amber relies solely on child support checks from her baby daddy, Wiz Khalifa, for their 4-year-old son, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz.
Where would she get millions of dollars to purchase a strip club?
The owners of AoD — SKWS Enterprises — called her claims were “unequivocally false” and they told TMZ they haven’t sold the popular club to anyone.
The company is filing a lawsuit and seeking more than a million dollars — which we know she doesn’t have.
