Spike Lee, in collaboration with sportswear giant Nike, debuted a new line of anti-Trump sneakers.
The filmmaker showcased the basketball shoes in a photo on Instagram.com on Thursday. The image shows Lee holding up a pair of black Nike high top sneakers emblazoned with the words “RESIST” and “REPEL AGENT ORANGE” on the side.
“Agent orange” is a term coined by washed up rapper Busta Rhymes, who referred to Trump as “President Agent Orange” during the 59th annual Grammy Awards.
The custom sneakers were designed by Danielle Mastrion in honor of Black History Month.
Democrats have been throwing fits ever since their candidate, Hillary Clinton, lost the election.
I won’t go too hard on Mr. Lee. His organization, 40 Acres & a Mule, sent my mom a donation of $500 for her church back in the 1980s. I remember the day my mom mailed the letter. I told her not to expect an answer.
