Actress Paula Patton called Los Angeles police during a dispute involving Robin Thicke‘s visitation with their son, Julian Fuego.
Patton, 41, accused the “Blurred Lines” singer of violating a restraining order after he demanded to see his son for his court ordered visitation this week.
According to gossip tabloid TMZ, the six-year-old boy continues to pit his warring parents against each other.
TMZ claims Julian didn’t want to go with his father for a scheduled visit to a Malibu park. Patton was late bringing Julian to the park. When Robin went to Patton’s home, she refused to hand over the child to the court ordered supervisor.
Patton and Robin were high school sweethearts before she bleached her skin to conform to Hollywood’s beauty standards. She filed for divorce in 2015 after 20 years of marriage.
Los Angeles police first became involved in the bitter child custody dispute in January, when the 39-year-old singer accompanied officers to Paula’s home after she said their son was ‘afraid” of his father and didn’t want to go with him.
Patton obtained a protective order barring Robin from contacting or going anywhere near Paula, her mother Joyce, or young Julian.
She was also awarded sole legal and physical custody of their son, while Robin was limited to three supervised visits a week.
Robin went back to court 2 weeks ago to ask a judge to alter the terms of his visitation after the monitor canceled a visit with his son because Julian didn’t want to go with him. Robin’s motion to dismiss the monitor was denied.
The next child custody hearing is set for next week (Feb 24).
