It was fun while it lasted. Hollywood socialites Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have confirmed what you already knew: they are no longer pretending to be a couple.
The pals began “dating” in January 2016, after someone suggested they try to earn their keep by starring in a reality TV show.
It was a dumb idea from the beginning — as neither of them have the charm or charisma to carry a reality TV show.
To boost viewer interest in the show, the former stripper announced her pregnancy in May, and the couple welcomed daughter Dream Kardashian in November.
But after the ratings for their reality show tanked, the couple split quietly in December.
“They split a while ago. The wedding plans are off,” a source close to Rob told People.com. “They are both trying to be mature about it. It was less dramatic this time.”
Rob Kardashian will continue to draw paychecks from his family’s reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. But Chyna will have to rely on child support checks from her baby daddies, including washed up rapper Tyga, who is financially supported by his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner.
There is an unconfirmed rumor that the Kardashian women — Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and their mother Kris Jenner — got together recently to discuss a pay off in one lump sum to make Chyna go away forever.
The women reportedly decided on a one-time payment of $5-10 million cash plus a $1 million house plus a new luxury car every few years.
A mess.
