SHOOTOUT

Customers inside a car Dealership in North Texas ran for their lives as a shootout left three people dead on Tuesday. None of the customers at the Greenville Nissan dealership were injured.

Police say 20 shots were fired in the span of 6 seconds.

Fugitive Ramon Hutchison was wanted in Minneapolis on an outstanding warrant for drug trafficking. The two bounty hunters, Fidel Garcia, Jr. and Gabriel Bernal, reportedly told the dealership manager they were federal agents there to serve a warrant for Hutchison’s arrest.

Cell phone video taken by a customer shows the bounty hunters entering the glass enclosed office with guns drawn. A woman who was with Hutchison fled the office as Hutchison drew an automatic pistol and a scuffle ensued.

According to CBS This Morning, Hutchison dropped his weapon on the floor and all three men went for the gun. 20 gunshots are heard on the video amid the screams of customers and employees at the dealership.

All three men were pronounced dead at the scene.

The owner of F&G Security, which employed Garcia and Bernal, said his bounty hunters would never misrepresent themselves as law enforcement.

The two men began trailing Hutchison in March after he failed to appear for a court hearing in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Hutchison was a resident of St. Paul, MN.
