Former FBI Director James Comey is currently testifying live before the Senate Intelligence Committee. Comey’s testimony supports the general perception in Washington that Comey was a weak FBI Director. President Trump fired Comey on May 9.
During his testimony, Comey repeatedly called himself “weak” and uttered self-defeating statements such as “I wish I was stronger”, “Maybe if I were a stronger guy” and “I wash’t strong enough.”
