Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian-West are expecting their third child via surrogate sometime in January 2018. The Wests have 2 children, daughter North West, 4, and son Saint West, 21 months.
This surrogate news was first reported by gossip webloid TMZ in June.
Unlike some stars, The Wests are transparent about the fact that their 3rd baby was conceived via in vitro fertilization and the fetus is being carried by a surrogate.

As was reported in June, Kim and her rapper husband reached a deal with a surrogate agency to pay a total of $45,000 in 10 affordable installments of $4,500 each month.
Those figure are in dispute. According to reports, the surrogate will receive as much as $10,000 a month and the agency was paid a deposit of $69,000.
Since the fetus is an IVF baby it will probably be boy and girl twins.
In the event of multiple births, the surrogate will reportedly receive an extra $5,000 for each additional child and she gets an extra $4,000 if she loses her reproductive organs.
During the family's poorly-rated reality TV show, Kim's mom Kris Jenner offered to serve as Kim's surrogate after her half sister Khloe Kardashian found out she was not a viable candidate to donate her eggs.
Kim was reportedly warned that getting pregnant again would pose a risk to her health and the health of her unborn baby.
