The “female” jogger in Colorado who pooped on a woman’s lawn is actually a male-to-trans who underwent a sex change operation and now suffers from a traumatic brain injury, claims a family spokesman.
Cathy Budde reported the mystery jogger defecating on her lawn 2 months ago. Since then, other neighbors reported seeing the jogger pooping on their lawns at least once a week.
Budde told KKTV that her children spotted the jogger defecating outside their house.
She said her children ran screaming to her. “They are like, ‘There’s a lady taking a poop!’ So I come outside, and I’m like, ‘are you serious?'”
“Are you really taking a poop right here in front of my kids!?” Budde asked the jogger, who replied, “Yeah, sorry!” then fled.
Budde posted a sign outside her house addressed “To the female jogger who continuously uses our walkway as her toilet..”
After an image of the sign went viral on social media, toilet paper manufacturer Charmin offered a year’s supply of toilet paper to the “mad pooper”.
If the #MadPooper turns herself in, we'll give her a year's supply of TP to help with her "runs" ? #EnjoyTheGohttps://t.co/GgEAyYp6aM

Then an unidentified man came forward, saying the mystery jogger was actually a male-to-trans who suffered a brain injury after undergoing sex reassignment surgery.
In a series of since-deleted videos, the man, who claims to be a “family spokesman” said the jogger apologized, but added that the jogger couldn’t help himself because he can’t control his bowels after undergoing a sex change operation.
The family spokesman claimed the jogger’s actions are “protected under the First Amendment” and are no different than breastfeeding in public.
But Criminal Defense Attorney Jeremy Loew disagrees.
“Defecating in someone’s yard is definitely not protected under the First Amendment and it is actually a crime,” Loew explained.
Loew also said the family spokesman made a “bad move” by releasing the videos on behalf of the mystery jogger.
“This is actually the worst thing the family could do,” he said. “Maybe they thought the videos would make the situation go away, but they won’t. People all over the world are talking about this, and police will catch her. The man in the video will also have to be called into court to testify.”
