Bill Cosby’s daughter Ensa Cosby has died of renal disease, a spokesman for the family confirmed. She was 44. Cosby died in Massachusetts where her family has a large estate.
Ensa is the 4th daughter of Bill and his wife of more than 55 years, Camille Cosby. A son, Ennis Cosby, was shot and killed in 1997 at age 27.
According to Radar Online, Ensa told a friend that her father attacked a nanny in 1997. The source — who passed a polygraph test — shared the information with Radar.
The nanny was reportedly traumatized and quit her job. “Ensa described how they all really loved her, and when she found out why the woman had left, she was very upset at her father because she’d never known the real reason,” the source added.
Cosby was accused of drugging dozens of women and sexually assaulting them over a span of 40 years.
A retrial for a 2004 rape case is scheduled for April 2018.
