Your girl Draya Michele and lifestyle specialist/promoter Kenny Burns hosted the opening night of Revel Nightclub in Atlanta on Thursday. The mother-of-2 looked stunning wearing minimal makeup and a yellow knit skirt set which she accessorized with yellow pumps.
Draya is pictured above with Kenny Burns, left, and club owner Mr. Ruggs. is the latest starlet to join the makeup-free movement started by singer Alicia Keys last year.
In a post on Instagram.com Thursday, Draya said she attended the ‘I Feel Pretty’ Hollywood premiere as her “best self” wearing minimal makeup and a “heatless” hairstyle.
“Last night I attended the #ifeelpretty movie premiere. Hilarious and self esteem boosting message. I decided to show up as my best self with minimal makeup and a heatless hairstyle (glam by me). This is how #ifeelpretty-est how about you?”
Unfortunately, some Sandrarose.com readers took her words the wrong way and dragged her for being honest.
The truth is Draya is beautiful with or without makeup. We should applaud her and other women for having the courage to go makeup-free.
