Millionaire investor and TV mogul Tyra Banks is unloading 2 Pacific Palisades properties for $4.25 million and $9.25 million, Variety.com reports exclusively.
The 44-year-old mother-of-one is downgrading her real estate holdings by listing a 3,700-square-foot, 4 bedroom, 5 bath home for $4.25 million. Banks also listed a 6,135 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, Post-modern beauty with a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean for $9.25 million. The expansive master bedroom occupies the entire second floor.
The “America’s Got Talent” host purchased the larger home two years ago from former Xerox executive Bernard Kinsey for $7.35 million.
According to Variety, Banks still owns a five-bedroom and 5.5-bathroom triple-story contemporary just outside Pacific Palisades which she bought earlier this year for $6.995 million.
Her current residence is a 7,000 sq. ft. Duplex apartment in New York City’s Battery Park City neighborhood, where she lives with her 2-year-old son York Banks Asla She tried unsuccessfully to sell the sprawling apartment for $17.5 million.
