A United Airlines flight attendant was suspended after she told passengers they f—ed up if weren’t wearing their seatbelts.
The incident happened during flight 4689 from Denver, CO to Williston, North Dakota on Thursday. Passengers suspected the unidentified flight attendant was drunk when she keyed the mic and startled rambling over the intercom.
Twitter user Erika Gorman, who posted images of the flight attendant on Twitter.com, said the flight attendant told passengers, “If your seatbelt isn’t tight, you F—ed up.”.
Passengers described the black woman with red eyes and a disheveled appearance.
United Airlines released a statement saying the flight attendant is being “held out of service,” and the airline compensated the passengers “as a gesture of goodwill”.
