Xscape singer Tameka “Tiny” Harris celebrated her 43rd birthday with her closest friends at the Gold Room in Atlanta on Saturday.
Friends Toya Wright, Keke Wyatt and Xscape singers Kandi Burruss, LaToscha Scott and Tamika Scott attended the party, as well as Tameka’s daughter Zonnique Pullins.
Insiders whispered that Tameka’s estranged husband, rapper T.I. Harris, was absent from the festivities. But the 39-year-old father-of-7 made up for his absence by delivering a used Mercedes Benz S550 to Tameka’s new residence at a luxury high-rise on Peachtree Street in the Atlanta suburb of Buckhead on Sunday.
Tameka thanked T.I. for gifting her the car in an Instagram post.
“Thank you so much Mr. Harris @troubleman31 for showing up on MY ACTUAL birthday & showing out! I really really love this car & all the other nice gifts & I just wanted to tell u how thankful I am. Regardless of whatever, you have done more for me & showed me more love than most will ever have a man to do/give in a lifetime & I appreciate you for that!”
Sharp-eyed Instagram users noticed the car was parked in the parking deck of the luxury high-rise and tongues began wagging. Blogger Michelle of StraightfromtheA.com did the research and uncovered the Henry County foreclosure notice for Tameka’s mansion in the gated community of Eagles Landing in McDonough, south of Atlanta.
According to the Henry County website, Tameka’s mansion, at 100 Glen Eagle Way, went into foreclosure in February. The mansion was sold on the courthouse steps in May.
