Nicki Minaj is fuming mad after Billboard magazine reported the news that her tour with rapper Future was canceled due to poor ticket sales. Nicki herself announced the cancelation of the North American leg of her NICKIHNDRXX tour on Wednesday — but she didn’t mention poor ticket sales as the driving factor.
Instead, Nicki told her 90 million Instagram followers that she canceled the tour because she didn’t have time to rehearse.
It’s a sad day in any rapper’s life when he or she is forced to cancel a world tour because their 90 million social media followers refuse to buy tickets to their shows.
Most rappers would consider getting into another line of work — but not Nicki. In a blistering post on Instagram, the troubled rapper blasted Billboard magazine for telling the truth about her ticket sales.
“You are now in the running for #CockSuckaOfTheDay award on #QueenRadio this Thursday,” she wrote, referring to her Podcast show.
“Barbz get me the name of this writer then hit them & tell them this is one black woman they will not bully into a corner by FRAUDULENT SHAMING TACTICS.”
