Shia LeBeouf and Mia Goth filed for divorce after photos of the actor and his new girlfriend, singer FKA Twigs, surfaced online earlier this week.
A rep for LeBeouf, 32, confirmed the separation on Thursday. “The separation is amicable and all details pertaining to the divorce proceedings will remain private,” the rep said in a statement.
LeBeouf and Goth tied the knot 2 years ago after dating for four years. Their union did not producer children.
Goth, a British actress, is best known for her role in the film Nymphomanic (2013).
Twigs, 30, previously dated movie heartthrob Robert Pattinson for 3 years.
Pattinson, 32, and Goth, 24, were pictured together at the ‘High Life’ photocall during the 66th San Sebastian International Film Festival on Thursday, Sept. 27 — a few days after LeBeouf and Twigs took their relationship public.
