EJ Johnson officially came out as transgender on Labor Day. The flamboyant 26-year-old scion of famed NBA legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson has always had a flair for fashion and makeup. But EJ has never officially announced she was transgender until Monday.
EJ posted an image of herself wearing a blond lacefront wig on her Instagram page. She captioned the image: “She can do both #teamthis”.
Prior to Monday EJ never publicly expressed a preference for feminine pronouns.
EJ’s Instagram followers were ecstatic and expressed their overwhelming approval as she embarks on her new transition journey.
“Whoa! So beautiful,” wrote one user. While another user defended EJ’s preference of feminine pronouns. “she a gurl nothing you can do about it. U must like it why you on her page”.
