Before he was gunned down in an ambush on June 16, rapper XXXTentacion helped his mom, Cleopatra Bernard pick out the mansion of her dreams. But he never got the chance to see her move into the 6-bedroom, 9 bath Mediterranean mansion.
According to a real estate document obtained by The Blast, Cleopatra paid $3.4 million for the 15,000 square-foot home located in a secure gated community in Parkland, Florida on August 23. Sources tell The Blast X’s mom paid cash for the house.
The lakefront home, which is described as “an entertainer’s dream”, features a soaring 2-story marble foyer, a Crestron smart home system, spacious chef’s kitchen, gold fixtures in bathrooms, a word paneled billiards room, home movie theater and an indoor basketball court.
Cleopatra also owns other homes nearby. X purchased at least 5 homes for family members totaling $1 million before he died.
Four men are in custody awaiting murder trials in the shooting death of the rapper outside a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Since his death, Cleopatra has collected millions as head of her son’s estate. She also started a non-profit foundation in his memory.
