Ciara Wilson wants a judge to force her ex-fiancé, Future Hendrix, to enter mediation so they can work out a travel schedule for their 4-year-old son, Future Zahir Wilburn.
The 33-year-old singer is reportedly frustrated over the travel arrangements for the boy. Cici and Future split in 2014 before Zahir was born in May, and Ciara never got over him.
The pair have frequently clashed over travel arrangements for their son who has health issues that are aggravated by the cross-country travel.
Ciara, who lives in Seattle, claims in court documents that Future, who lives in Atlanta, missed too many scheduled visitations with his son — only keeping 37 percent of appointments, often at the last minute.
She also claimed that whenever Zahir accompanies his father to Georgia, the boy spends most of his time with Future’s elderly relatives — all women.
Ciara says she rarely gets a chance to FaceTime with her kid because the older folks aren’t tech savvy and don’t know how to FaceTime.
Ciara’s legal team added that they’ve tried to work out the issue with Future without getting a judge involved. But Future is extremely busy these days.
He is often touring earning money to support his growing brood of children and baby mamas.
Future is reportedly expecting his 6th and 7th children with two women.
