Kanye West and his wife, socialite Kim Kardashian-West are reportedly expecting another boy via the same surrogate who carried the power couple’s daughter, Chicago West.
PEOPLE magazine has confirmed the surrogate, a fan who met Kim on social media, is currently pregnant with a boy.
Kim, 39, and Kanye, 41, are parents to three children: daughters North West, 5, Chicago West, 11 months, and son Saint West, 3.
In 2018, Kim said she loved being a mother, and she wanted to give her children another sibling. But a source told PEOPLE the couple “weren’t in a huge rush” to have another baby.
“They have absolutely talked about trying for another baby with the help of a surrogate, but noting seems decided for sure,” the insider said in 2018. The insider added, “Chicago is still little, and they have time.”
Kim suffered from potentially fatal preeclampsia while pregnant with her first child, North West. After carrying son Saint to term, Kim decided not to take anymore chances with her health.
The couple paid the surrogate approximately $68,000 to carry their previous IVF baby.
Meanwhile, Kanye hasn’t let up in his ongoing beef with musician Drake.
In a series of deleted tweets on Dec. 31, Kanye demanded another public apology from the Canadian rap mogul — for following his wife Kim on social media.
“Who’s [sic] bright idea was it to tell Drake to follow my wife on Instagram?,” Kanye tweeted on Dec. 31. “This person is not [Kim’s] friend. I don’t have beef with no one. Love everyone but don’t follow my f—ing wife on Instagram.”
In a previous message, Kanye wrote, “This man followed my wife on Instagram. I feel a public apology in order.”
Kanye took to Twitter last week to air out his grievance after he read an article that claimed Drake used to follow Kim on Instagram.com.
Internet sleuths uncovered a trail of breadcrumbs on social media that led to a possible clandestine affair between Kim and Drake.
If the rumors are true, that would explain Kanye’s recent public meltdowns.
