Trina Braxton is off the market. The divorced mother-of-2 announced her engagement to her current beau, Von Scales, in an Instagram photo on Thursday.
Von is a former athlete who owns a chronic pain center in St. Louis.
The couple met late last year. Her post set tongues wagging since she hasn’t known Von long enough to get engaged so soon.

Trina, who co-hosts Atlanta-based daytime talk show Sister Circle, captioned a photo:
“My fabulous fiance’ and I @sistercircletv . Thank you @ricardobastajewelry for assisting @vonscales. I love you baby!”
Not much is known about Von. His 21-year-old son, Brendan, plays football for the University of Missouri. Trina often cheers on her stepson at his games.
Trina’s ex-husband Gabe Solis died of cancer at age 43 in December. They divorced in 2015.
Trina also stars on her family’s reality TV show, Braxton Family Values. She is the younger sister of R&B legend Toni Braxton.
