Stephen and Ayesha Curry celebrated 8 years of wedded bliss on social media today. The high school sweethearts reaffirmed their Love and commitment to each other in separate posts.
“My baby, my love, my life,” Ayesha captioned a selfie. “What can I say. This is us 8 years married in, loving each other for 11 and we somehow still find reasons and things that we love about each other every day. Each day with you is the ultimate blessing. Getting to do life with you is an infinite sea of bliss.”
Both Steph and Ayesha described the “ups and downs” that only made their marriage stronger.
“Through our ups and downs we only become stronger and that is the ultimate key,” she wrote. “When the trauma becomes the triumph you win! I love you for ever and always constantly giving the ultimate glory to God. Here’s to 8!”
Ayesha made headlines earlier this year when she complained that random men weren’t paying enough attention to her on social media. And rumor has it that Steph recently paid a groupie to get rid of something.
Steph was overly emotional in the caption of a throwback video of the couple toasting their drinks.
“This wasn’t today but this was the vibe to celebrate 8 years of officially doing life together,” he wrote. “Growing strong through all the ups and downs. Life is all about perspective, and my perspective is clear! That @ayeshacurry….that’s my baby right there…. love you and thank you for being my Proverbs 31:10-11 everyday!”
When social media trolls criticized Ayesha for her lack of dancing skills at her restaurant grand opening, Steph jumped to defend her.
“Slow news day today I see huh? Just make sure y’all send me the video of you dancing at your own restaurant opening,” he said.
