Cynthia Bailey is off the market. The single mother of a college age daughter was shocked when her longtime boyfriend/fiancé Mike Hill dropped to his knee and proposed.
Lifestyle blogger Tami Reed of Talkingwithtami.com was there to witness Hill pop the question on Friday, July 26.
Hill, 46, gave Bailey, 51, a stunning 5-carat diamond ring valued at approximately $85,000. The proposal took place during the grand opening of the reality TV star’s Bailey Wine Cellar at The Beacon in Atlanta.
According to Us Weekly, the 18K white gold piece features princess cut diamonds accented by baguette diamonds. The ring setting alone retails for $14,036, and the five-carat center stone is valued at $70,000.
The ring was designed by Simon G. Jewelry and was purchased at Solomon Brothers.
Bailey’s daughter Noelle was there to witness her mommy say yes for the second time in her life. Bailey was previously married to Peter Thomas for six years.
Hill has two college age daughters. The couple have no plans for any more children.
