Cuttino Mobley was in a foul mood before his BIG3 Power team was bounced from the BIG3 Playoffs by the Stephen Jackson-led Killer 3s. BIG3 sideline reporter and former actor Michael Rapaport tried to interview the Big Cat on the bench but he got the cold shoulder from the former L.A. Clipper.
Problems typically arise when one person invades the personal space of another. People don’t like it; they feel threatened. Mobley and Rapaport were cool before this, so we can only assume something happened to make Mobley cut his eyes at Rapaport and threaten to put hands on him.

If you are 43, you are entering or have entered peri-menopause. Google it, too much to break down here but as far diet your body metabolizes food esp carbs different now. It turns to fat instead of being burned for energy like in our youth. You are going to have to restrict refined carbs…. cutting out pasta and rice period. Its mostly protein and non starchy veggies now…. complex carbs like beans, sweet potatoes, green peas are good and should still be in your diet sensibly.
A tablespoon or two ACV a day in water helps too.
Working out is also a must…. cardio and strength training at least 3 – 5 days a week.

I just turned 45 and two years ago 10 lbs seemed to have crept up on me out of nowhere…my size 6’s were tight roundst the stomach and thigh area and I felt uncomfortable in my body. That is when I started doing my research and implemented change. There is a lot of information about diet during perimenopause and how to minimize and relieve all the other symptoms….. headaches, hot flashes, insomnia, moodiness, irritability, sadness, rage, brain fog……. the right diet, exercise with supplements like soy, have helped me lose that 10 lbs and feel better. It is a challenge but we have to stay in the battle. Knowledge is power.

I overheard a black lady mad AF because the Asian lady cut her real nails down to the meat, after she asked for basic filing and nail polish. Lol there’s so many black nail techs in the industry who are professional and will treat you right. I was so disgusted. My Vietnamese great grandmother, who’s now deceased, and a few of my aunts on that side of the family taught me how to do my own acrylics. People ask me all the time if I’m licensed and can I do their nails. I have to turn them down and say no. I have no interest in the industry. I suggest you all to find black nail techs to service your needs or simply learn how to do them yourself. These nails techs are all over IG and FB…. waiting to service their kind !

You could also try adaptogens i.e. holy basil, ashwaghanda etc. They help to balance your hormones and even assist with higher cortisol issues if you’re stressed out, both of which can attribute to weight gains. I do HITT training, jumping rope is really good for that, compound exercises are great as is strength training. Intermittent fasting also. I eat from 1-9 every day and fast the rest. More water, meal prep also always helps. Make sure you’re not vit D deficient.
