Ari Lennox dropped the sultry music video for her new single “BMO” on Dreamville/Interscope Records. The 28-year-old D.C. native is booed up and chilling in the bath in all her glory. “BMO” is the third official single off Lennox’s critically acclaimed debut album, Shea Butter Baby, which dropped in May of this year.

A fan favorite, the song has catapulted up the charts and is currently Top 20 at Urban Radio, and #34 and rising on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart, according to Interscope Records.

Meanwhile, the project’s lead single, also called “Shea Butter Baby” (featuring label head and MC J. Cole), is currently #13 at Urban AC Radio and still climbing. The accompanying music video, directed by Bennett Johnson, has amassed a whopping 18 million views on YouTube alone.

On August 24th, Lennox, whom fans compare to Erykah Badu and H.E.R., will headline Live Nation Urban’s Femme It Forward music series in Philadelphia, PA.. The singer, who recently wrapped an impressive U.S. run in support of her album, will also join Lizzo’s Cuz I Love you Too Tour. That leg of the tour launches Friday, September 7th in New Orleans, LA and will conclude on Friday, October 25th in Las Vegas, NV.
