A Facebook post is casting new light on Malik Yoba’s confession that he struggles with his attraction to male-to-female (MtF) transgenders.
Malik, 51, shocked his female fans by confessing he is “trans attracted.” The New York Undercover and Cool Runnings star admitted his sexual preference in a lengthy post on his Instagram account last week.
Malik called on all Black men to erase the stigma that surrounds attraction to same-sex males and MtF transgenders.
“TRANS PEOPLE DESERVE LOVE AND RESPECT AS DO THOSE OF US THAT LOVE THEM!!” Malik wrote. He added he is a heterosexual male who loves ALL women, including men who identify as women, but he struggles with his attraction to MtF transgenders.
As the news went viral on Friday, a MtF transgender prostitute shed new light on Malik’s sexual proclivities.
In a Facebook post titled, “Surviving Malik Yoba: We had sex, when I was just a teen,” Mariah Lopez Ebony said s/he serviced the actor as a teenage hooker over 20 years ago.
Mariah claimed s/he was a runaway when Malik paid for sex on more than one occasion.
“For all who applaud and solute [sic] Malik Yoba for revealing he is so called ‘Trans Attracted’, understand that either because of deeper issues he has or, because of ‘society’ pushing him and others to deep, dark places, his admission to being sexually attracted to Trans women, is bound to open a Pandora’s box for him; not because the women are Trans, But because many of the Trans women he engaged in sexual exploration and exploitation with on 14th Street, Times Square and elsewhere, were minors. What Malik paid me to do, as a 13 and 16 year old, wasn’t love. His ignoring that I was clearly a child prostitute, wasn’t love.
Paying for cheap thrills and secret orgasms; begging for unsafe, unprotected sex from a runaway Trans teen, while enjoying stardom as a successful artist and business man …isn’t love.”
In the early 2000s Malik was married to actress Cat Wilson. Malik says he was stunned when, after three years of marriage, Wilson called him to say “We should be separated.”
Wilson is best known for her work on R. Kelly’s “Trapped in the Closet” music video “chapters” released from 2005 to 2012. She also dated Kelly.
