Kevin Hart, right, was spotted out in public for the first since surviving a near-fatal car accident last month.
The 40-year-old actor was photographed at Avra restaurant in Beverly Hills, California, on Monday night, Oct. 21, with rap mogul JAY-Z, Irv Gotti and others.
Hart was seen ahead of a high stakes poker game with JAY-Z, actor Leonardo DiCaprio, and sports agent Rich Paul.
According to TMZ, the group also dined together. TMZ has video of Hart apparently walking into the restaurant without assistance or even a limp.
The pint-sized comedian underwent major surgery to fuse his spine in three places after the car crash on Sept. 1.
Hart was a passenger in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the driver, Jared Black, lost control of the vehicle and crashed in Calabasas, California. Hart was hospitalized for 10 days before being transferred to a rehab facility for one week.
