A homeowner in Wisconsin wants answers from FedEx after her security doorbell camera caught a FedEx driver cursing while mishandling a large package.
Andrea Wendorf told WISN she was at work when her security doorbell camera caught the FedEx driver having a meltdown while picking up a sofa she ordered from Wayfair.
The video footage shows the driver cursing while dragging the package through the snow and dropping the heavy package on the frozen asphalt.
The FedEx driver cursed while speaking to a fellow employee on his cell phone as he struggled with the oversized package.
The 144-pound sofa had been delivered by FedEx twice, but the furniture was damaged both times.
“Now we’re wondering if it was broken because of the way they treat the merchandise,” Wendorf told WISN.
According to FedEx’s guidelines on its website, the package is within its acceptable weight limits of 150 pounds.
Wendorf said she sent the video to FedEx but she received no response. So she took her complaint to the news media.
