Last November, reality TV couple Ray J and Princess Love called it quits. Eyebrows were raised when the R&B crooner blocked his then-pregnant wife on Instagram.
Ray J, 38, apparently blocked his wife after she accused him of abandoning her and their 1-year-old daughter Melody in Las Vegas after attending the Soul Train Awards.
“Left me and Melody stranded in Vegas and blocked me from calling,” she wrote, “now you wanna post family photos #ByeUgly.”
But the couple appeared to reunite shortly before she gave birth to their second child, a baby boy they named Epik.
According to TMZ, Ray J and Princess Love remain married, and they are committed to raising their children, but they just can’t live together under the same roof.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Princess stays at her luxury Beverly Hills condo while Ray J sleeps at a bachelor pad just a few miles away.
According to the gossip tabloid, she keeps the kids but Ray comes by to visit daily, and he keeps their dogs at his house. “Ray J and Princess are getting along fine now … doing family stuff together with no drama or arguing.”
It’s always better to go your separate ways if your negative energy causes a toxic environment for your children.
But Ray J must work even harder to be there every day for his kids — if he doesn’t want a Dwyane Wade/Zaya situation on his hands.
