Singer/songwriter SZA is very unhappy with the way her latest Rolling Stone magazine cover story turned out.
The singer appears on “The Takeover” issue of Rolling Stone alongside rapper Megan Thee Stallion and singer Normani. But on Twitter, SZA suggested the cover didn’t reflect her high morals.
“Not doing any videos Interviews or photos for the rest of my life lol don’t ask,” she tweeted angrily on Thursday.
Fans speculated that the sexualized Rolling Stone cover, with its dominatrix overtones, led to her tweet.
SZA added: “S/o Normani and meg tho . My sisters who I love very much and respect deeply . Honored to be apart of ANYTHING w the two of those BLACK QUEENS.”
In response to a fan who replied with a picture of the cover, SZA wrote: “If u care about me delete this.”
The cover was shot by photographer Campbell Addy.
