Bernie Sanders has ended his presidential run, leaving feeble-minded Joe Biden as the Democratic party’s apparent nominee.

The Vermont senator announced he was ending his run in a conference call on Wednesday.

“I have concluded that this battle for the Democratic nomination will not be successful, and so today I am announcing the suspension of my campaign,” Sanders told supporters. He said he wished he could provide supporters with “better news” but “I think you know the truth.”

Sanders expressed his support for Biden on Wednesday. He called Biden “a very decent man who I will work with to move our progressive ideas forward.”

President Trump was elated when Sanders dropped out of the race. The president considered Sanders to be his only strong competition, since Biden apparently suffers from senile dementia.

“Bernie Sanders is OUT!” Trump tweeted on Wednesday.

“Thank you to Elizabeth Warren. If not for her, Bernie would have won almost every state on Super Tuesday! This ended just like the Democrats & the DNC wanted, same as the Crooked Hillary fiasco. The Bernie people should come to the Republican Party, TRADE!”

A bitter Senator Warren dropped out of the race without endorsing anyone.
