Eliza Seraphin, aka Eliza Reign, has won another legal victory in court against promiscuous rapper Future Hendrix.
DNA tests confirmed he is the father of her infant daughter Reign. Now Eliza wants a judge to order Future to pay child support retroactively for a year in addition to legal fees and court costs.
Onsite! spoke to Eliza’s lawyer, Brandon Rotbart, who confirmed what everyone already knew: that Future, real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, was the daddy.
“The court made a finding that Mr. Wilburn is the biological and legal father to the child,” said Rotbart.
Future is already father to 9 children, including a son by part-time pop singer Ciara Wilson.
The coronavirus lockdown in most states has inhibited rappers like Future from earning under the table cash to pay their child support bills.
Many rappers are hurting financially since concerts and club appearances have been banned until 2021 to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
