NeNe Leake‘s reign over Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members has come to an end.
According to earlier reports, NeNe was canned by Bravo execs after years of intolerable behavior and insubordination on the set.
NeNe is reportedly preparing a racial discrimination lawsuit against Bravo, even as she is busy filming her new reality show over at E! TV.
The 52-year-old former stripper landed a new show on the E! Television network titled Glamsquad Showdown.
According to gossip blogger B. Scott, NeNe will soon go public with allegations of racial discrimination against True Entertainment and Bravo.
B. Scott also reports that NeNe was pushed out the door in favor of younger and fresher talent. NeNe was reportedly replaced by actress Drew Sidora, 35, and mom blogger and YouTube star LaToya Forever, 33.
Over the past few months there have been reports that NeNe wasn’t offered a contract extension for the next season of RHOA.
Negotiations between NeNe, Bravo Network and her manager broke down after the mom-of-two demanded more screen time in every episode, according to Tamara Tattlez, who added that NeNe was offered a 5% raise which she turned down.
NeNe was reportedly “hurt and depressed” over losing her six figure per episode salary on RHOA.
A source says the New York native was worried because she’s responsible for three households, including her $2.1 million, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bath mansion in Duluth, her eldest son’s home, and a rental property on the West Coast.
NeNe is the sole supporter for her unemployed husband, Gregg Leakes, a colon cancer survivor. Her manager vehemently denied the reports that she was fired from the show.
