NeNe Leakes has dismissed her race and age discrimination lawsuit against Andy Cohen, Bravo Network, and others.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star filed a lawsuit against Cohen, Bravo, and other parties, accusing them of fostering a hostile work environment on the RHOA set.

LionsShareNews / BACKGRID

In June, it was reported that Leakes was in talks with Cohen, NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, LLC and Bravo Media Corporation to settle her race discrimination lawsuit against them and other defendants named in her lawsuit.

According to court documents, a judge granted a 45-day extension while the parties try to negotiate a settlement in arbitration.

Apparently, an agreement has been reached and Leakes dismissed her lawsuit without prejudice, meaning she can file her lawsuit again at a later date.

Court documents obtained by PEOPLE on Monday show Leakes "dismisses this action and all claims asserted by Leakes without prejudice."

"All Parties consent and stipulate to the foregoing dismissal," the document reads. "No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys' fees in any submission to this Court."

Prior to filing her lawsuit, Leakes, 55, claimed that Cohen and Bravo fostered a racially-insensitive corporate and workplace culture. She also claimed that former co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann made racist comments for years, and nothing was done to reign in her behavior.

Zolciak-Biermann was not named in the lawsuit.

NeNe Leakes is taking her Instagram followers on her BBL and liposuction journey.

NeNe is aware of the industry's bias against women her age (55). So she's staying in shape in case she gets a call to return to the Real Housewives franchise.

In an Instagram video, NeNe announced that she is an ambassador for Georgia Plastic Surgery. She said she partnered with the clinic to give her followers $100 off the consultation fee.

"Women of a certain age are all doing some sort of plastic surgery," she said with self-confidence.

She admitted that she had breast implants and a nose job. Now she's going under the knife for a BBL. But she denied getting a lot of surgery done, "Dr. Okoro will tell you that I have not, and that is the truth," she said.

In this video, Dr. Okoro performs a liposuction procedure on NeNe. You don't actually see any blood or fat flowing through the tube. So this video is safe to watch at work.

Money troubles will soon be over for former reality TV star Linnethia Monique Nene Leakes.

The ex Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member is reportedly in talks with Andy Cohen, NBCUniversal, True Entertainment, LLC and Bravo Media Corporation to settle her race discrimination lawsuit against them and other defendants named in her lawsuit.

According to court documents, a judge on Monday granted a 45-day extension while the parties try to negotiate a settlement in arbitration.

Magistrate Judge Justin S. Anand granted the 45-day extension after both sides "agreed" that the extension is "appropriate to complete these discussions."

Bravo, Cohen and NBCU claim NeNe was wrong to file her lawsuit in Georgia rather than in New York, per the terms of her contract.

In a motion filed on June 24, Bravo, Cohen and NBCU argued that the ongoing dispute is "already subject to arbitration in New York."

However, NeNe "disagrees" with the jurisdiction argument. Both parties are reportedly "in the process of negotiating this issue in an attempt to avoid the time and expense of a motion to compel arbitration."

NeNe, 54, was terminated from RHOA after she fell afoul of Cohen and other cast members who say she is difficult to work with.

After begging Cohen to let her return (he declined), NeNe filed a lawsuit accusing Cohen and Bravo of "encouraging" racism on the show by not reigning in "racist" Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

NeNe claims Zolciak-Biermann used racially offensive slurs and insults to describe her and cast member Kandi Burruss on the set.

Despite her complaints, NeNe says Bravo "did not terminate their relationship with Zolciak-Biermann, nor take any other meaningful action to put an end to her racially-offensive behavior" and, instead, rewarded her with her own spin-off series.

NeNe is being represented by attorney David M. deRubertis.

Meanwhile, NeNe and her married boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh graced the red carpet at the 2022 BET Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday.

NeNe denied depriving Nyoni's wife of his affections, and she said his wife never should've dragged her name into their marital dispute.

NeNe welcomes her day in court to defend herself against the alienation of affection allegations.

Symone Davis, NeNe's Leakes' oldest son Bryson's baby mama, is pouring scalding hot tea about NeNe and her deadbeat son.

3 years ago, Symone put Bryson on blast for being a deadbeat dad and not paying child support for their son.

She said Bryson was a couch-surfing drug addict who was enabled by his mother.

Symone's 2019 meltdown was triggered after an Instagram blogger reported that NeNe bought Bryson a house.

Now Symone is back pouring more steaming hot tea about NeNe.

In a rant on Instagram, Symone claims NeNe was about to lose her Duluth, Ga. mansion to foreclosure, and she lost ALL of her friends because she's a "terrible person".

"Your husband is gone that you took from his wife & kids. Your oldest son is a junkie. You don't do anything for your grandkids, you got fired from #realhousewivesofatlanta, you have no real friends, you tried to sell your house for 4 mil so you'll make a profit. However, you were going to loose [sic] that house so you settle for 575k profit minus what you still owed..."

Symone is outraged that she was cheated out of a million-dollar reality TV check by Bryson, who refuses to participate in a reality TV show with her - even though they're not together.

She said he flips burgers at Burger King and he's still couch surfing.

However, a little birdie told me that Bryson uses NeNe's $1.8 million Buckhead townhouse as his second home.

That's the same townhouse at the Waldorf Astoria Residences that she recently listed for $2.5 million after purchasing it in November 2021.

NeNe never moved into the Buckhead townhome. Which begs the question: Is she and Nyonisela Sioh shacking up at his Atlanta area home?

Sources say NeNe is selling the condo to keep her boyfriend's wife from seizing it as part of her alienation of affection lawsuit.

The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" recently listed her condo for $2.5 million.

The reality TV personality purchased the condo for $1.85 million in November 2021.

The ritzy residence is part of the 5-star Waldorf Astoria Residences, just steps away from the fabulous Shops at Buckhead Atlanta, Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza.

The gated townhouse, one of just three on the property, is set apart from the hotel. It is accessed through a courtyard and gated entrance.

NeNe purchased the condo following the death of her husband Gregg Leakes in September.

The grown daughter of Gregg Leakes' came for her dad's widow, NeNe Leakes, after the former reality star was sued by a North Carolina woman.

NeNe was sued by Malomine Temeh-Sioh filed a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, alleging that NeNe deprived her of her husband's affection.

According to RWS, Katrina Leakes reacted to the scandalous lawsuit in a series of social media posts.

Katrina pointed out that her father, Gregg, was also a married man when NeNe met and wooed him at a strip club where she worked back in the day.

NeNe, 54, and Gregg later married and he fathered her youngest son, Brentt.

Gregg, 66, also fathered sons named Dexter, Daryl, Damian and Denton, and daughter, Katrina, with other women.

Katrina also mocked NeNe over her complaints that she is blacklisted in the industry due to allegedly being difficult to work with.

NeNe Leakes responded to a lawsuit filed by her boyfriend's long-suffering wife in a North Carolina courthouse.

Malomine Temeh-Sioh filed court documents, obtained by TMZ, alleging that NeNe hooked up with her husband, Nyoinisela Sioh.

NeNe seemingly laughed off the lawsuit in a livestream video on Thursday. She joked about being a "husband stealer," and then insisted she, "didn't want anybody else's problems."

"I'm already out here a husband stealer, and this is too much. Ain't nobody out here stealing husbands," NeNe says in the video.

NeNe may think it's a laughing matter, but alienation of affection is considered a "tort" - a wrongful act that could lead to monetary damages.

Luckily, Malomine is only seeking $100,000 in damages from NeNe. Probably because she knows the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star doesn't have much revenue coming in.

According to TMZ, North Carolina is one of only 7 states that recognizes a wife's right to sue a third party for depriving her of her husband's affection.

NeNe and Sioh apparently hooked up while NeNe's late husband, Greg Leakes, was on his deathbed. NeNe claims her ailing husband gave her his blessing to step out with another man.

If you're wondering whether North Carolina can haul a Georgia resident into court, the answer if yes. The plaintiff must prove that NeNe either owns a residence in NC or does business in the state.

NeNe owns an online boutique. If the court finds that NeNe shipped merchandise to customers in NC, jurisdiction over her will be established and North Carolina can haul her into court.

Nyoni responded in broken English to his wife's lawsuit in a since-deleted Instagram post on Thursday.

"The best thing you can do to yourself in life's not to allow negative people to bring you down to their level; just maintain ur self respect and keep away from them," he wrote.

"Know that u can't hangout with negative people and expect to live a positive life. Don't forget that the less u respond to negative people, like my separated... the more peaceful ur life will become."

"Avoid the ingrates, those who complain about one thing you haven't done for them instead of being appreciative for the thousands of things you’ve done for them."

An "Alienation of affection" lawsuit is brought by a spouse against a third party for violating a marital contract, thus leading to divorce.

TMZ reports Malomine is seeking $100,000 for her pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of her husband's affection.

NeNe has not responded yet. Anything she does say can be used against her in court.

Who didn't see this coming? NeNe Leakes is being sued by her boyfriend's long-suffering wife for allegedly depriving her of his affection.

An "Alienation of affection" lawsuit is brought by a spouse against a third party for violating a marital contract, thus leading to divorce.

The legal offense is still recognized as a "tort" in some jurisdictions but banned in others. North Carolina is one of 7 states where an injured party (a suffering wife) can sue a spouse's extramarital partner for alienation of affection.

The evidence of NeNe's wrongdoing is well-documented by TMZ and other gossip blogs. There are paparazzi photos and videos of her with Nyonisela in Atlanta, Miami, and on vacation in exotic locales.

Malomine says NeNe's brazen actions humiliated her publicly and damaged her relationship with her husband.

TMZ reports Malomine is seeking $100,000 for her pain and suffering, emotional distress, mental anguish, and loss of her husband's affection.

NeNe is no stranger to lawsuits. As TMZ previously reported, she recently accused the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" producers of creating a toxic workplace by not reeling in "racist" Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

NeNe claimed the show's producers ignored her complaints about years of racist remarks hurled her way by her fellow cast member.

NeNe dressed casual chic in a lace body suit and baggy ripped jeans paired with heels.

The guys in Miami refer to NeNe as a "brick house" because she's thick but not obese.

NeNe recently expanded on her claims that she was "silenced" and "blacklisted" by Bravo's executives, including Andy Cohen.

"I was constantly being retaliated against, being blacklisted, not able to work, being silenced," she said after filing a lawsuit against the network.

NeNe defended herself against allegations that she was difficult to work with.

"I haven't caused any problems on any sets. Everybody I've ever worked with, I've had a good work relationship with except for this group of people."

NeNe filed a discrimination lawsuit naming Cohen, NBCUniversal and Real Housewives of Atlanta production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original as defendants, according to PEOPLE.

NeNe Leakes filed a federal lawsuit against Andy Cohen and Bravo TV alleging they encouraged and tolerated a hostile and racist work environment.

NeNe, 54, filed the lawsuit in Atlanta's federal court on Wednesday, according to ET Online.

Co-defendants include NBCUniversal, Bravo, True Entertainment and Truly Original, and "Real Housewives" executive producer Andy Cohen.

The lawsuit claims the co-defendants ignored NeNe's repeated complaints about Kim Zolciak-Biermann's racist behavior on the set of Real Housewives of Atlanta.

"From the day the series began filming, NeNe was the target of systemic racism from co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, which was tolerated by Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen and other executives," said NeNe's Beverly Hills attorney David DeRubertis in a statement to ET.

John W. Ferguson/Getty Images

DeRubertis added: "For years NBC, Bravo and TruTV have permitted – even encouraged – a corporate and workplace culture that tolerates cast members and talents' racially-offensive and insensitive conduct, statements and actions without any meaningful consequence or remediation. NeNe hopes that coming forward with this lawsuit [will force] these networks ... to ensure a workplace free from racially discriminatory or harassing behavior."

NeNe is seeking millions of dollars for her pain and suffering.

NeNe Leakes is losing it. The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member took to social media to say someone is harassing and stalking her.

"They always Blacklist you when you tell the truth," she tweeted on Tuesday, April 12.

The paranoid 56-year-old continued in a follow-up tweet:

"Stop harassing me, my business and my family! Stop having me followed, stop blacklisting black women for speaking the truth, stop paying off attorneys to not file discrimination claims! STOP IT."

NeNe didn't provide any details about who is stalking her or having her followed.

Her career took a nosedive after she accused Bravo TV executive producer Andy Cohen of being a racist.

She was unceremoniously fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta for allegedly being difficult to work with.

Further compounding NeNe's problems are rumors that she is having financial difficulties. NeNe owns The Linnethia Lounge in Duluth, Ga. and she's appearing in BET's "College Hill: Celebrity Edition" reboot with fellow C-listers Ray J, Lamar Odom, Big Freedia, Stacey Dash, DreamDoll, India Love, and Slim Thug, and more.

In the series, NeNe and the other Cs return to college as a personal challenge to convince themselves that they can do it.

According to, the C-listers will live together and join HBCU Texas Southern University as students.

"Texas Southern University is committed to transforming the lives of its students," said Dr. Lesia L. Crumpton-Young, President of Texas Southern University. "It is an absolute pleasure to welcome our new Tigers to campus, where they will be immersed in TSU history, academics and student life against the background of our beautiful, urban campus."

Kandi Burruss says NeNe Leakes once called her the racial slur "c**n". The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star -- who quit to star in her own show, "Kandi & the Gang," on Bravo -- revealed the incident to Raquel Harper on the "It's Tricky" podcast on Wednesday.

Kandi insisted her old castmate called her a "c**n" when they had beef right before Bravo took Kandi's side and gave NeNe the boot.

At the time, NeNe accused Kandi of creating "fake beef" for a plot line.

In May 2020 NeNe wrote:

"I will NOT let the fake beef YOU made up to stop me from wishing you a Happy Birthday & posting my favorite pic of us Kandi. Everybody go wish @kandi a Happy Birthday! Then tune into #RHOA to watch Kandi have the fakest, want some smoke, beef wit Nene segment at 8pm TONIGHT on @bravotv."

NeNe, who will be featured on BET's reboot of "College Hill: Celebrity Edition," announced she was departing RHOA in the summer of 2020.

Their longstanding beef may have something to do with Kandi being favored by Bravo TV's executives.

When Raq asked Kandi to explain where the bad blood comes from, Kandi claimed she doesn't know why NeNe hates her.

However, she guessed that it may have something to do with their respective success on the network, or NeNe's lack of success, according to TMZ.

In September 2020, NeNe accused Bravo exec Andy Cohen of being racist: "The racist is the master manipulator! They using me for ratings like they have always done."

In a separate interview on SiriusXM Urban View's The Clay Cane Show, Kandi said she disagreed with NeNe's allegations that Cohen was "racist".

"[A]t that time, we still had like, four or five of us, who had been there for a while, making some real good money," said Kandi.

"It's not like one person is doing well on the show, multiple women on this show are doing really well... It's certain things that you may not like, certain things that you may want to try to do better, but, overall, to say that they were racist – I didn't agree with that at all."

Kandi Burruss' new reality TV series Kandi & The Gang premiered to low ratings last week.

Former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member NeNe Leakes took pleasure in Kandi's pain.

NeNe, who was fired from RHOA last year, thanked fans for not watching the series, based on Kandi and husband Todd Tucker's Old Lady Gang restaurant in Atlanta.

While NeNe's fans gloated over Kandi's rock-bottom ratings, NeNe seemed to encourage the hate.

One fan quoted NeNe in a tweet:

"Kandi & the Gang Flopped w/69th place! 'You can never win when you play DIRTY. Stay woke!'"

Another fan wrote: "I refuse to watch, for so many reasons. And I've always believed Nene, she is missed."
