NeNe Leakes is moving at lightning speed for a woman who just buried her husband several months ago.

The 54-year-old businesswoman is in a hurry to tie the knot with boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh, according to PEOPLE.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star buried her husband Gregg Leakes in September.

Since then, NeNe has been seen partying and vacationing non-stop with menswear designer Nyonisela — and a source tells PEOPLE she's "absolutely open to marriage again."

The insider says NeNe and Nyoni, owner of Nyoni Couture, are already in the planning stages of their star-studded nuptials.

She captioned an Instagram picture of Nyoni, "The way you love on me & take care of me....Grateful!"

"Despite losing Gregg last year, she is really happy and in a great place as she begins starting this next chapter of her life," the insider tells PEOPLE.

"She's been leaning heavily on her girlfriends these last few months and when she's not with Nyonisela, she's with them whether it's in Atlanta or other places," the source says. "She really hasn't been alone much."

Other sources say Nyoni is using NeNe to promote himself and his company. They say he is still married and has at least one child with his long-suffering wife in Charlotte, NC.

But that's just a technicality to NeNe, a former stripper who has never been manless in her entire adult life.

"Nene is totally into [Nyoni]," the source says. "He's wining and dining her. They're very much already in love."

Sources say NeNe purchased the $1.8 million condo for the safety and security as well as the world class amenities the property offers.

The amenities include biometrics based security and concierge services, 24-hour room service, valet and garage space for 5 cars.

NeNe Leakes has found a buyer for her Duluth, Ga. mansion, according to the NY Post. The 10,000 sq. ft. mansion is under contract for $3.4 million.

NeNe listed the house for $4 million on Sept. 21, three weeks after her husband, Gregg Leakes, died of colon cancer at age 66.

The house sat on the market for 3 months and underwent 2 massive price cuts before a buyer made an offer. The five bedroom, seven bathroom Mediterranean-style home features gorgeous views of a lush golf course overlooking a sparkling swimming pool with fountains.

NeNe, 54, and Gregg originally purchased their marital home while it was under construction in 2015 for $2 million.

In addition to the $18,000+ monthly mortgage, the buyer will pay $2,750 annual homeowner's association fee and $29,884 annual property taxes.

Remember when rumormongers claimed NeNe Leakes had a young sidepiece last year? It seems the rumors were true.

The 54-year-old mother of two was exposed by a young man who claims he dusted her lower room while her husband, Gregg Leakes, was ill with cancer.

Temper Boi, a barbershop owner, claims he woke up next to a satisfied NeNe every morning for months. And he is highly upset that she curbed him.

The news comes after NeNe went public with businessman, Nyoni Sioh, her alleged boyfriend. But rumors are swirling that Nyoni is married and only using NeNe for publicity.

Temper Boi vowed to tell all after NeNe posted photos of herself vacationing with Nyoni in the Bahamas over the weekend.

Check out these rude comments about Temper Boi from Rhymes with Snitch:

"He looks old and young at the same time. He also looks male and female at the same time. I'm confused."

"It just seems like the story is really this dude is a Ma'am."

"Young man looks like a transformed lady."

"That's a transgender man."

"That young person looks like a dyke, post op????"

"That's a trans nicca."

"How much Nene pay you to make this dumb sh1t up lil boi?"

"These 2 need their own 'transformers' situation comedy. If that's a born male, I foot race you too the moon."

Rumor has it that NeNe Leakes' alleged "boyfriend" Nyonisela Sioh is married with children. The blogs say Nyoni's alleged wife, Kweeta Tehmeh, is "devastated" over reports of his alleged "affair" with NeNe.

NeNe, 54, and Nyoni, a couture tailor and businessman from Liberia, took their relationship public in recent weeks.

They were seen holding hands at Mr. Chow restaurant in Miami over the weekend.

Receipts are surfacing online that appear to show Nyoni is still married to his long-suffering wife.

On Dec. 16, 2020, a North Carolina woman named Miranda Okai posted a photo of Nyoni wearing a red double breasted coat. She captioned the image: "Have a blessed birthday, brother in law... I'm wishing you God's continuous blessing as you journey through life."

Bloggers say Miranda is Nyoni's sister-in-law through his marriage to her sister.

NeNe was allegedly "dating" Nyoni in 2020 -- with the blessing of her terminally ill husband, Gregg Leakes, who died in September 2021 following a long battle with colon cancer.

Miranda also shared a photo of her alleged sister and Nyoni together. She captioned that photo: "I appreciate these two in a very special way. Peace and love."

The image was posted in 2015. A lot can happen in 6 years, but the fact that Miranda's "brother in law" caption was posted a year ago seems to suggest Nyoni was still married in December 2020.

This entire affair has an odor of desperation. NeNe appears to be desperate to return to Real Housewives of Atlanta, while Nyoni is apparently using NeNe to promote his couture tailoring services.

As others have already noted, NeNe leaves comments on Nyoni's business Instagram page. But Nyoni does not leave comments on NeNe's business or personal Instagram pages.

Rumor has it that their "romance" is nothing more than a business deal. Nyoni reportedly pays NeNe for promotion. That would explain why she leaves comments on his business page, while he is absent from her social media pages.

DAME / BACKGRID

Also, their body language in photos suggests they are only friends. There is no spark between them in any of their photos together.

Nyoni recently held a 3-day private tutoring session in Miami, and NeNe flew to Miami to help him promote the event. Sources say NeNe and Nyoni booked separate accommodations while in Miami.

NeNe once advised former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Kim Zolciak to keep her legs closed to married men. Maybe she should take her own advice.

It was the dowager socialite's first public outing with her boyfriend since celebrating with him at her surprise 54th birthday last week at her Linnethia Lounge & Restaurant in the Atlanta suburb of Duluth, Ga.

Businessman Nyonisela is from Liberia, and reportedly owns a couture suit company in Charlotte, NC.

Gregg reportedly gave Nene his blessings to start a new relationship with Nyonisela before he died. The new couple celebrated Nyonisela's birthday in Miami.

NeNe hopes to return to Real Housewives of Atlanta as a peach holder. "Yeah, sure, I'll return to the show," she said last month.

"I'm OK with returning to the show, as long as, you know, we can work through a few things. I'm happy to return to the show and besides, I have a lot of unfinished business with a couple of them they confirmed on the show."

However, executive producer Andy Cohen showed no interest in having NeNe return to the show.

He reportedly said:

"What I don't want to do is get into a public thing with her. I think she would probably prefer that I keep her name out of my mouth and that is what I'm going to honor."

NeNe and Nyonisela were reportedly introduced by mutual friend and former RHOA cast member Peter Thomas. Peter has a sullied reputation for being a scammer and con artist. So it's probably not good that he and Nyonisela are friends.

Rumors are spreading that NeNe Leakes is having trouble keeping chefs/cooks at The Linnethia Lounge.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member put out a call for chefs/cooks to basically work for free at The Linnethia Lounge in Duluth, Ga for a few weeks.

In a post on Instagram, she wrote:

"The Linnethia Lounge is looking for the best cooks/chefs in the Atlanta area to take over our kitchen for 1 week. Every week there will be a different cook/chef for next few weeks! Our lounge guest will be the judge! The WINNER will have the kitchen permanently in January to start their very own restaurant in The Linnethia Lounge."

Trolls on IG suggested NeNe wants cooks to work for free until after the holidays.

NeNe has denied reports that she is low on cash after the death of her husband, Gregg Leakes, in September.

The 53-year-old mom-of-two listed the couple's marital home for $4 million and slashed the list price twice to $3.4 million after receiving no offers.

NeNe Leakes has responded to an ex-employee's allegations that she abandoned her SWAGG boutique workers who are still waiting for their final paychecks.

Rumor has it that Nene has fallen on hard times and is struggling to get out from under a mountain of medical bills after husband Gregg Leakes passed away.

TNYF/WENN.com

In an email to Sandrarose.com last week, the former employee said NeNe's workers and managers showed up for work at the SWAGG Boutique at the MGM Casino in Oxon Hill, Maryland, only to find the door padlocked and the space empty.

She wrote, "We can't even get unemployment because Nene is refusing to answer and return the phone calls from the unemployment office."

"She is trifling and is really a fake individual who cares about no one but herself. She used us and spit us out like we was trash and gives 2 f*cks about about our livelihood."

Blogger Michelle 'ATLien' Brown, of StraigtfromtheA.com, reached out to NeNe, real name Linnethia Leakes, for comment.

Apparently, NeNe disputed everything in the ex-employee's email. She claimed her employees helped pack up the store.

"How is it that the employees didn't know that the boutique was closing?" Michelle asked.

Michelle defended her friend, NeNe, saying the 53-year-old ex-reality star is not broke.

"Meanwhile, SWAGG boutique online is still up and running," said Michelle. "Did they shut that down, too?"

NeNe Leakes slashed the price of her marital home again after she previously cut the price $200,000 in late October.

NeNe listed the 10,000 sq. ft. Duluth, Georgia mansion for $4 million in September, after her husband, Gregg, died of colon cancer at age 66.

According to Zillow.com, the former RHOA star slashed the price of her 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom manse another $305,000 to $3,495,000.

NeNe and Gregg originally purchased their marital home while it was under construction in 2015 for just north of $2 million.

The Mediterranean-style mansion sits on a lush golf course with gorgeous views overlooking a sparkling swimming pool with fountains.

Local real state agents say NeNe isn't the only one who doesn't want to stay in her home after her husband recently died there.

There is an obscure law requiring real estate agents to disclose a death on a property to potential buyers.

According to Redfin.com, a death in a home is considered a "material fact" just like a leaky roof or a cracked foundation.

Material facts must be disclosed to a buyer before the deal is closed.

Most buyers don't want to sleep in a home where someone recently died because his spirit may be restless.

Question: Would you buy a home where someone recently died?

NeNe Leakes reportedly shuttered her last remaining SWAGG Boutique and didn't inform her employees who are still waiting for paychecks, according to sources.

NeNe's employees and managers showed up to the SWAGG Boutique at the MGM Casino in Oxon Hill, Maryland, only to find the door padlocked and the space empty.

One of Nene's former employees is being evicted from her apartment. In an email to Sandrarose.com, she said Nene never informed her or any of the other employees that she was planning to close the store.

"We can't even get unemployment because Nene is refusing to answer and return the phone calls from the unemployment office," the former employee wrote.

"She is trifling and is really a fake individual who cares about no one but herself. She used us and spit us out like we was trash and gives 2 f*cks about about our livelihood."

Money has been tight for the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star who lost her high-paying RHOA gig due to alleged insubordination and alleged difficulties getting along with her co-stars.

NeNe closed down her Buckhead and Duluth stores last year due to the pandemic. She also shut down her Sugarloaf Mills location in Lawrenceville, Georgia, and one store in Florida.

The 53-year-old Sagittarius still manages The Linnethia restaurant & lounge in Duluth, Ga.

Calls to The Linnethia lounge for comment were not returned.
