NeNe Leakes’ eldest son, Bryson, was bonded out of jail following his arrest in July on drug charges.

Bryson, 33, was arrested on July 3 for fentanyl possession, violation of probation, loitering and giving a false name, address or birthdate.

A judge initially ordered Bryson held in jail for 152 days for probation violation. He wasn’t eligible for release until January 3, 2024.

According to documents obtained by Radar Online, Bryson was bonded out of jail on Oct. 5

The documents show that Bryson posted a $6,100 bond – $1,850 for the loitering charge, $1,850 for giving law enforcement a false name, and $2,400 for possession of a scheduled II controlled substance.

Bryson was warned to show up for his next court date – or face serious consequences.

“If you fail to appear, your bond will be forfeited and a bench warrant will be issued for your re-arrest,” the documents read. “It is your responsibility to keep informed as to your court dates. It is your responsibility to keep the court advised on any changes to your address.”
