Tanya Sam walked away from Real Housewives of Atlanta in mid-season over a male stripper scandal.
Tanya, who is not an official ‘Housewife’ – but collects a paycheck as a “Friend of the Show”, walked off the set and refuses to film the rest of the season, production sources told TMZ.
According to TMZ sources, the drama started at a bachelorette party for castmate Cynthia Bailey (right) when Tanya (left) and Porsha Williams allegedly participated in a threesome with a male stripper — after the cameras stopped rolling.
The tech startup entrepreneur is reportedly upset over the focus on the show’s male stripper incident. She’s also annoyed that her fiancé’s cheating took center stage in season 12.
Tanya reportedly quit the rest of the season, so viewers will notice she is gone after a few episodes.
She is allegedly so upset that she’s not even considering doing the reunion show when the season wraps.
