Louisiana rapper Blue Benji Kobe was fatally shot during an altercation outside a tobacco store in Shreveport on Sunday.
The 24-year-old rapper, real name Jacoby Ware, was shot multiple times outside the shop on the 7000 block of Pines Road, according to KSLA News 12. The shooting occurred at 2 p.m. when Ware argued with another man in a car who opened fire. Ware was pronounced dead at Ochsner Health Hospital.

He captioned the photos: “If You Ain’t Blue You Thru [blue heart emoji]. Tell Dem Niggas Stop Looking For Me Momma They Only Gone See Me On Da Tv…”
The aspiring rapper was killed just weeks after signing his first record deal with Cinematic Music Group.
