Tristan Thompson listed his Ohio waterfront mansion for $3.2 million after signing a contract with the Boston Celtics in November.
Thompson played nine seasons for the Cleveland Cavaliers before departing for Massachusetts.
The “impeccable” 6,424 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5 bath manse is located inside an exclusive gated community in Bratenahl, Ohio. Thompson purchased the property in 2015 for $1.9 million.
The house is the most expensive currently on the market in the community, which has a median home price of $425,000, according to Realtor.com.
The “owner’s wing” — which the “woke” no longer refer to as the “master bedroom” — features a luxurious bathroom, a humongous walk-in closet, a sitting area and a balcony overlooking Lake Erie.
The second floor features an in-law suite with a second kitchen and private entrance. And on the third floor there’s another guest suite with an office.
The finished daylight basement boasts a billiards room, a home theater, full bar, wine cellar, exercise room and another full bathroom.
