YFN Lucci is a free man after a judge released him on $500,000 bond on Monday.
Video footage shows the rapper emerging from jail around 4 p.m. on Monday after posting $50,000 cash, 10% of his bond.
Lucci, real name Rayshawn Bennett, 29, was arrested for murder in the shooting death of 28-year-old James Adams in Atlanta.
A judge ordered Lucci to surrender his passport and wear an ankle monitor. He has to remain home between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
He can only leave home to meet with his lawyer or for doctor’s appointments.
Lucci is not allowed to communicate with his alleged victims, witnesses or co-defendants in the case. He also can’t associate with any known gang members or convicted felons, according to TMZ.
Don’t expect to welcome Lucci back to the internet. The judge ordered him to stay off social media, he can’t leave the state to book shows, and he can’t visit a certain recording studio.
His attorney tells TMZ, “The bond was negotiated last week and finalized today. He was released just before 4 pm. There are a variety of conditions which is somewhat consistent with these cases, which included surrendering his passport.”
Lucci is best known for dating rapper Lil Wayne‘s only daughter, Reginae Carter, 22.
It isn’t clear if he is allowed to hook up with Reginae, although rumor has it that she put up the bond money for her man.
