Fulton County prosecutors say rapper YFN Lucci should be returned to jail after violating his bond.
Prosecutors say Lucci, born Rayshawn Bennett, violated the conditions of his bond by visiting a recording studio and a strip club.
Lucci was released on $500,000 bond in February following his arrest on a murder warrant. Police say Bennett is a suspect in the shooting death of 28-year-old James Adams in December.
Rumor has it that Lucci’s long-suffering girlfriend, Reginae Carter, put up the cash to post his bond.
Lucci’s accomplices, Ra’Von Boyd and Leroy Pitts, were arrested in Miami in January.
According to TMZ, prosecutors say Lucci was wearing an ankle monitor when he enjoyed lap dances from local strippers.
In court documents, prosecutors also say Lucci visited an Atlanta recording studio, which is a violation of his bond.
But Lucci’s attorney, Drew Findling, tells TMZ, “This attempt to revoke his bond is without merit and is replete with factual and legal inaccuracies. We will zealously fight this motion as we will with every aspect of this legally flawed prosecution.”
According to Allhiphop.com, Lucci plays video games for hours on end while awaiting trial.
He posts videos of video game livestreams with video titles such as “Demon Time,” “Can’t Sleep” and “House Arrest Flow.”
