The father and manager of TikTok sensation That Girl Lay Lay is accused of sparking drama with Kim Kardashian by sneak posting on Lay Lay’s social media.
Kim, 40, reportedly asked 14-year-old singer and dance phenom Lay Lay to take down a video featuring her minor daughter North West.
Lay Lay, born Alaya High, has a large following on TikTok and Instagram and she just landed her own Nickelodeon TV series.
The video was recorded in North’s bedroom after Kim invited the teenage influencer to her home for a play date with the 8-year-old.
The story went viral after Lay Lay allegedly wrote a post expressing her disappointment that Kim texted her to take North’s video down.
“@kimkardasian texted me to take down the new TikTok video with North in it… I don’t know why… they invited me to their house… this industry sucks!”
Lay Lay’s dad, Acie High is accused of posting the messages to his daughter’s social media account.
Lay Lay’s mom, Houston fitness trainer Antanique made it clear that Acie managed and updated Lay Lay’s social media pages.
Lay Lay’s career was launched in 2017 when her father shared photos of the then-11-year-old free styling to Tyga‘s track “Taste” and other cover songs in his car.
