Kandi Burruss thanked Whoopi Goldberg for stopping by her Old Lady Gang restaurant in Atlanta on Wednesday.
Kandi shared Instagram photos of her mom, Momma Joyce, and Aunt Nora posing with the 65-year-old actress, comedienne and TV co-host.
She captioned the image:
“Thank you @whoopigoldberg for coming by to @oldladygang! Being able to sit, eat, laugh, & talk with you, friends, & family made my whole day today!”
Whoopi walks with a cane due to sciatica and other medical conditions associated with age.
In March 2019, Goldberg revealed that she was diagnosed with pneumonia and sepsis, which caused her to take an extended leave of absence from ABC’s The View.
The “Sister Act” star reportedly dined on fried green tomatoes, deep fried whipped deviled eggs and seared crabcakes.
Old Lady Gang restaurants has 2 locations in the Castleberry Hill and Camp Creek neighborhoods in southwest Atlanta.
Old Lady Gang is co-owned and operated by (L-R) Aunt Nora, Mama Sharon and Momma Joyce.
