Bridgetown, BARBADOS – Barbados has declared singer Rihanna a national hero during its republican celebrations in Bridgetown. The ceremony was part of celebrations as Barbados became the world’s newest republic. Rihanna stunned in a Bottega Veneta tasseled halter gown a Manolo Blahnik Leva sandals and Briony Raymond Old Euro sloan ring.
