Rapper 50 Cent has apologized for making ageism comments about 63-year-old pop star Madonna.
The 46-year-old G-Unit rapper upset the “Material Girl” by mocking her butt implants in an Instagram post.
He reposted an image from Madonna’s boudoir photo shoot, along with the caption:
“yo this is the funniest sh*t! LOL That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. She shot out, if she don’t get her old a** up. LMFAO. [laughing emojis].”
A hurt Madonna responded by sharing a throwback Getty Images photo of her and a much younger 50 Cent, which she captioned:
“Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend. Now you have decided to talk smack about me! I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The latest elevated choice You could make as An artist and adult. [You’re] just jealous you won’t look as good as me or have as much fun when you are my age! Too bad there are no sour grapes emogees [sic].”
