Kim Burrell’s gospel music saved Jay Z’s marriage to Beyonce. Kim revealed her music’s therapeutic powers in an interview with “We Sound Crazy!” back in October. The audio clip started going viral on Thursday, TMZ reported.
In 2017 Kim provided vocals on Jay Z’s 444 album title track — an emotional feature personally requested by Jay after Beyonce threatened to leave him for cheating on her. It was a dark time for the mom-of-three.
According to Kim, Beyonce was in a deep depression over Jay Z’s infidelities. She locked herself in a room for 11 hours while obsessively playing Kim’s gospel music over and over.
When she emerging from the room 11 hours later, Beyonce was spiritually cleansed and at peace with herself.

Jay allegedly said he had to meet the woman who saved his marriage through the power of her music.
After meeting Kim, Jay Z asked her to contribute vocals to his album’s title track in which he apologizes profusely to Bey for cheating on her and allegedly fathering an outside baby.
TMZ reports that Beyonce and Jay Z’s fans are furious that Kim aired Bey and Jay Z’s dirty laundry. Bey’s fans didn’t know she suffered from depression.
