Beyonce performed onstage during opening night of her “Renaissance World Tour” at Friends Arena in Stockholm, Sweden on May 10. She performed all of her latest hits and made 9 different costume changes including a live digital 3D painted dress during the 3-hour concert.
No longer “Thick Beyonce,” she managed to lose 20 pounds to fit into her costumes for the tour.
Beyonce’s costume changes included an elaborate bee costume. Beyonce’s faithful supporters call themselves the BeyHive.
Jay-Z and his adorable daughter Blue Ivy Carter were spotted in the wings watching Beyonce’s performance at the Renaissance World Tour opening night in Stockholm, Sweden.
According to Forbes, Beyonce’s tour could outsell Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour by $500 million.
Beyonce could clear nearly $2.1 billion from her Renaissance World Tour — nearly $500 million more than the $1.6 billion Taylor is expected to earn from her Eras World Tour.
Tickets to Taylor’s tour are priced from $350 to over $1,500. Beyonce’s average ticket prices are $700. Some fans are complaining that Beyonce’s set isn’t worth the high ticket prices.
